Room is big and clean. Swimming pool is big and good. There is covered parking available.
Too many people and children per swimming pool and beach. Beach is very small and used by people from several hotels. Therefore it is not clean and overcrowded. The hotel is a bit noisy (both during the day - because of swimming pool, and during the evening - because of entertainment programme). GPS coordinates indicated on Booked.net are not correct (the hotel is located about 300 m to the left - when facing the beach).

We have just returned from a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Eleni Holiday Village. Our studio apartment was lovely, really big room with everything we needed and very clean. The maid service was excellent. The best thing about the room was the view from our balcony, we had a sea view and every evening we watched the most amazing sunsets. The pool was lovely and big and catered very well for small children, the water was also very warm. The daytime activities on offer were enjoyable and not forced on you. The staff were always very polite and very helpful. Sun loungers were plentiful, we preferred to sunbathe on the grassed area overlooking the sea. The service bus to Kato Paphos and the harbour was excellent - 1 euro and came every 10 mins or so. Weather was perfect and we had a great time.
We were self-catering (the majority of guests were all-inclusive) and we found the poolside bar expensive so we used the supermarket to buy drinks and lunchtime food. We cannot comment on the evening entertainment as we went out every night but it would have been nice if the bar stayed open later than 12.45am. When you step out of the hotel there is only one or two bars and restaurants within walking distance, but like I said before the local bus service is cheap and excellent.

We just loved the big veranda next to the beach bar. Beautiful view... so relaxing. Good quality food and prices were reasonable. The location of the village is very good, and because we had to go to Latsi we found the location very convenient. The building was also very interesting, a bit romantic. U could say that it reminded u of the Greek islands. The staff was very polite and the service level was very high.
The room was not very clean. No remote control for the TV.

Very lovely hotel with friendly personal. The pool was big and very nice, kids love it. Room was clean and big enough, it was not luxury, but ok. The atmosphere was good, everybody was smiling and we spent a very lovely week.
Until 23.00 the noise from restaurant and the ballroom.

The swimming pool and spacious room.

I thought that it was a very nice experience and I would definately go again. Family and warm feeling.
The fact our holiday finished and we had to leave. The only thing I will mention was that the drinks could be slightly cheaper or perhaps all inclusive is a better descision for next time

The location is Exellent and the facilities can be improved with some investment. The pools are good, but Frappe at 3.25 euros is abit steep when the accommodation is rather low budget
The mattresses were terrible and so was the toilet!
-
Big bedrooms. Nice pools.
Cleaners came to early to clean the rooms the last day before we leave. Came two times. It was like telling us to leave.

We had an excellent time at Eleni Village. Entertainment staff fantastic, excellent kids club and daily sports and evening entertainment. Definitely value for money, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities and pool superb. Will recommend to everyone I know and will definitely go back again.
Prices for food and drink a bit high

A good location near sea
Noisy music spoils the pool area. I dont understand loud music in public areas any more (it is 70-80s style!), because nearly all the guests have their own Pods and phones to listen their favourite music. And disco is not taste of everyman.
-
Friendly staff-good swimming pool-nice seaside view-good location-clean and fast response for some problems with a/c and hot water.
The tv in my room was showing only 2 cyprus and 3 foreign channels.
-
This was perfect for us - a family break with children aged 8 and 4. We will definately return. Lovely pool, spacious apartment, good location, childrens club. Would recommend - great value for money
-
The swimming pool is huge and great! Suitable for small kids, elder people, swimmers. Clean big rooms. Recommended for couples, families, group of friends
The check-out was at 12 in noon (as the most hotels in Cyprus). Even though we had the "do not disturb" card on the door, the day we were to leave the cleaning lady came at 11:40 opened the door and came into our room!! The tv offered only 2 Cyprus channels and bbc. The prices of drinks at bar were quite expensive for what they offered
-
swimming pool, close to the sea, good location, good value for money
huge cockroaches in the room, old furnishing, no local staff
-
Perfect location, clean rooms, big pool, entertainment crew on of the best
